GenQ Solutions is a close-knit team of designers, developers and project managers working out of our office in Rajkot. We sit together, solve problems together and celebrate wins together. Every website, app and automation we deliver is the result of real people who care about getting the details right, for clients across India and around the world.
"Some weeks I'm building a custom feature, other weeks I'm untangling backend logic. It's never boring, and whenever I get stuck, someone on the team is happy to help."
"Being heard matters to me, and here it actually happens. I get a new kind of project every month, and I enjoy guiding newer designers as much as designing myself."
"One week it's WooCommerce customization, the next it's making a slow site fast. I've learned a lot this way, and my teammates never make me feel bad for asking."
"I'm part of a project from day one, not just when it's ready for testing. That helps me understand the product better and catch issues much earlier."
"I was talking to clients from other countries within my first year, which I didn't expect. The work can get tough, but the team keeps things light and friendly."
"I get real freedom to try creative ideas here. The team reviews my work honestly, and that feedback helps me turn designs into something people can use easily."
"I like seeing something I built make a site easier to use. People here listen when you suggest something, and the variety of projects has made me more confident."
"Client projects come from all over the world, and each one has its own puzzle. I try new approaches often and pick up something from teammates almost every week."
"I get to work on real projects, not just watch from the side. Every design gets feedback, which has helped me improve quickly and see design from different angles."
"I was nervous about sharing ideas at first, but the team made it easy. Seeing my design choices used in live projects has been the best way to learn."
Our office is a place where good work happens without the pressure of rigid rules. We believe people do their best when they feel trusted, so we give our team the space to own their work, ask questions freely and try new ideas. Designers and developers sit side by side, which means problems get solved quickly and projects move forward smoothly. Along with client work, we spend time learning new tools, sharing knowledge in team sessions and celebrating festivals and milestones together. It's this mix of focus and friendship that shapes the way we work and the quality of what we deliver.
